Become a Member of ASC

We are member owned and member governed. Whether you plan to subscribe to an array or just want to be involved in a grassroots, community-driven effort to create clean energy, there is room for you in the ASC.

Members help to elect the Board of Directors and vote on bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and other important decisions. ASC members are welcome to attend any board meetings and may hold additional meetings on special topics.

Potential members must live in Ashland or otherwise pay an Ashland utility bill in order to join. A one time equity investment of $100 is all it takes to become a member. Once you become a member, you are eligible to subscribe to a solar array whenever spots open up (either a new array or someone selling their shares).
